Qualification : - For Upper Division Clerk : Graduation in Arts, Science or Commerce of a recognized university or its equivalent with an aggregate of 50% marks and Minimum speed of 30 w.p.m in typewriting in English.
For Technician – B (Receptionist) : Passed SSC/ HSC with minimum 60% marks AND
One year certificate course in Receptionist/ Hospitality Management with good communication skill.

For Technician – B (Receptionist) : 18 to 35 years. As on 23.03.2016.
