Qualification : - For Company Secretary Post : Graduate with Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 02 years’ post qualification experience.
For Security Officer Post : Graduation or its equivalent with Worked as Junior commissioned Officer in Army/ Navy/ Air Force for at least 5 years or Officer in the rank of Inspector of Police or its equivalent in Paramilitary Forces.

Age Limit : - For Company Secretary : 21 to 35 Years.
For Security Officer : 21 to 40 Years. As on 01.04.2016.
Age relaxation in upper age limit is cumulative as per Govt of India guidelines.
