During the colonial times, the administrative service of Ordnance was known as the Indian Ordnance Service. It was constituted in the year 1935.

For Lower Division Clerk Post : Passed 12th (HSSC) or its equivalent  (Typewriting @ 35 wpm in English or @ 30 wpm in Hindi on personal computer)
