Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), set up on April 2, 1990 under an Act of Indian Parliament, is the Principal Financial Institution for the Promotion, Financing and Development of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector and for Co-ordination of the functions of the institutions engaged in similar activities.

Qualification : - For Assistant Manager : Graduation from recognized University or equivalent and An officer with minimum 5 years commissioned service in the Army/Navy/Air Force.

For Private Secretary : Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University with A Pass in Stenography Lower / Junior Grade Examination in English conducted by State Board of Examination / Board of Technical Examination / Board of Technical Education and Training and A Pass in Typewriting Higher / Senior Grade Examination in English conducted by State Board of Examination / Board of Technical Examination / Board of Technical Education and Training.

For Manager : Graduation in Engineering in Electrical with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. Post Graduates in the same discipline will be preferred OR Post Graduation Degree in Economics from a recognized University. Candidates should have excellent communication and writing skills.

For Consultant : MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary / Post Graduate.

Age Limit : - For Assistant Manager : 25 to 35 Years
For Private Secretary & Manager (Economist) : 21 to 28 Years
For Manager Premises : 24 to 32 Years
For Consultant : 35 to 55 Years. As on 21.06.2016.
