existence with effect from 18th June 1975. Its area of operation extends to whole of Uttar Pradesh excluding Cantonment areas under an Act called as Uttar Pradesh Water Supply & Sewerage Act, 1975. The basic objective of creating this corporation is development and regulation of water supply & sewerage services and for matters connected therewith.

Qualification : - For Routine Clerk : Passed 12th/Intermediate from a recognized Board or any recognized Board AND Typing speed in Hindi and English 25 and 30 wpm on Computer.

For Steno : Passed 12th or its equivalent from a Board or any recognized Board and Steno speed in Hindi 80 wpm.
