The Board has been incorporated with the purpose of recruiting capable, competent, highly skilled individuals by conducting written tests, professional tests and personal interviews wherever as desired. The Board shall hereby committed to develop selection and recruitment procedures that confirm to the global standards in testing, and promise selections by all fair means, of the most competent, capable, and skilled individuals for user departments.

Qualification : - Grade-IV (DASS) & Lower Division Clerk : 12th class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or university. AND A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English typing or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

Statistical Assistant : Post Graduate Degree in Statistics/Operational research / Mathematical Statistics/Applies statistics Or Post Graduate Degree in Economics/ Mathematics /Commerce (with Statistics as one of the subject / papers in Post Graduation/ Graduation level ). Desirable:- (i) Working knowledge of Computers

Grade-II (DASS) : Degree from a recognized university in Arts/Commerce/Science or Agriculture AND Knowledge of Hindi

Draughtsman (Grade-III) : Passed Matriculation or equivalent from a Board or institution
recognized by state/central Govt. AND 02 years diploma in Draftsmanship from a recognized institution.

Age Limit : - For Grade-IV (DASS), Lower Division Clerk & Draughtsman (Grade-III) Posts: 18 to 27 Years.
Statistical Assistant : 18 to 30 Years.
Grade-II (DASS) : 20 to 27 Years. As on 21.08.2017.
Age relaxation is as per Govt. norms.
