It is a successor entity of erstwhile Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board (MPSEB). The Company, while operating and maintaining its existing units, is also constructing new Power Plants for increasing capacity in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

Age Limit : 18 to 40 Years for Domicile of M.P. State &
18 to 25 Years other than M.P. State. As on .2018.
Age relaxation is as per MP Govt. norms.
