The Board has been incorporated with the purpose of recruiting capable, competent, highly skilled individuals by conducting written tests, professional tests and personal interviews wherever as desired. The Board shall hereby committed to develop selection and recruitment procedures that confirm to the global standards in testing, and promise selections by all fair means, of the most competent, capable, and skilled individuals for user departments.

Qualification : - For Grade-IV : 12th/Intermediate or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University and A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
For Warder & Matron : 10+2/Senior Secondary/Intermediate passed from a recognized Board/University.
For Data Entry Operator : 12th/Intermediate from a recognized Board/ Institution or its equivalent and Should possessing a Sped of not less than 8000 key depression per hour for Data Entry work and should qualify the aptitude test.

Age Limit : - 20 to 27 Years. As on 26.11.2015.
Age relaxation is as per Govt. norms.

Application Fee : - Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- through challan to be deposited in State Bank of India. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, and Physically Handicapped & Ex-serviceman category are exempted from paying Application fee.
Selection Process : - Selection process will be based on Written exam, Physical Endurance Test & Skill Test.
