Odisha State Child Protection Society (OSCPS) is the technical, fundamental and functional unit of Women & Child Development Department, Government of Odisha, for implementation of Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS).Odisha State Child Protection Society (OSCPS) has been registered in the year 2009 under Society Registration Act, as the fundamental unit for the implementation of Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS) in the state of Odisha. District Child Protection Units (DCPUs) as the extended bodies of OSCPS, have been constituted to carry out the activity of ICPS at district and sub-district level.

Qualification : - Protection Officer : Masters Degree/ Post Graduation degree in Psychology or Sociology or Social Work or Human Development only from recognized University with basic knowledge in compute AND 05 years experience.
Social Worker(SW) : Masters Degree/ Post Graduation degree in Psychology or Sociology or Social Work or Human Development with basic knowledge in computer 03years experience of counselling women/children who are in need of care and protection.
Out Reach Worker (ORW) : Bachelors Degree in Psychology or Social Work or Sociology or Human Development 02 years experience
