The production of Diesel Hydraulic Locomotives was taken up during 1968. After manufacturing 2351 Steam Locomotives of 5 types and 842 Diesel Hydraulic Locos of 7 types, production of steam and diesel hydraulic locos was discontinued from 1973-74 and 1993-94 respectively.

Qualification : - For Staff Nurse : Certificate as Registered Nurse & Midwife having passed 03 years course in General Nursing and Midwifery from a school of Nursing or other Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or B.Sc. Nursing.

For Pharmacist : 12th in Science or its equivalent with 02 years Diploma in Pharmacy & registration with Pharmacy Council of India or registration with State Pharmacy Council.

Age Limit : - For Staff Nurse : 20 to 40 Years
For Pharmacist : 20 to 35 Years. As on 20.11.2015.
Age relaxation is as per Govt. norms.
