Qualification : - For Stenographer : Passed 12th/ Intermediate/ Higher Secondary or its equivalent from a recognized board/school and having speed of 80 words per minute in stenography in English/Hindi. Working knowledge of Computer including use of Office Suites and databases.

For Upper Division Clerk : Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Board or its equivalent. Working knowledge of Computer including use of Office Suites and databases.
For Multi Tasking Staff : Passed 10th/ Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognised Board/ school.

Age Limit : - For Stenographer/Upper Division Clerk : 18 to 27 Year
For Multi Tasking Staff : 18 to 25 Year. As on 06.01.2016.
Age relaxation is as per ESIC norms.
