Qualification : - For Constable (GD) : Passed X class/ 10th/ Matriculation or its equivalent form a recognised Board/ School.

For Sub-Inspector : Graduation in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized university/ board.

Age Limit : - For Constable (GD) Posts : 17 to 21 Years
For Sub-Inspector Posts : 20 to 25 Years. As on 01.01.2016.
Age relaxation is as per Arunachal Pradesh Govt. norms.

Application Fee : - Candidates have to pay Rs. 15/- for the post of sub-inspector & Rs. 10/- for other post through treasury challan in favour of  Asstt. Inspector General of Police (E), PHQ, Itanagar under Head of Account “0055” Police.
Selection Process : - Selection process will be based on Scrutiny of Documents, Physical Standard test, Physical Efficiency Test, Written Test, Merit List & medical examination/ character & antecedent verification.
