For Senior Manager : Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/ Board or its equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government of India.

Age Limit : - For Chief Manager : 27 to 40 Years
For Senior Manager : 25 to 35 Years. As on 31.12.2015.
Age relaxation is as per Govt. norms
