Qualification : - For State Project Manager Posts : Graduation with CCC Course of NIELIT or Diploma Certificate Course in Computer/ IT. OR Graduate with CS/IT. or BCA/B.E./B.Tech and 4 years experience in IT/ e-Governance / IT Related Project Co-ordination and Program Management in related fields.

For District Manager Posts : Graduation with CCC Course of NIELIT or Diploma Certificate Course in Computer/ IT. OR Graduate with CS/IT. or BCA/B.E./B.Tech and 2 years experience in IT/ e-Governance / IT Related Project Co-ordination and Program Management in related fields.
