Qualification : - For Counselor : Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized university/ institute with two years experience.

For Junior Clerk : Passed 12th/ Intermediate with Hindi Typing speed 30 w.p.m., English Typing speed 40 w.p.m. with computer knowledge.

For Peon : Passed 10th/ High school with knowledge of Hindi & English and must be riding bicycle.

Age Limit : - For Counselor : 21 to 40 Years
For Junior Clerk & Peon : 18 to 40 Years. As on 01.01.2016.
Age relaxation is as per Delhi Govt. norms.

Application Fee : - Candidates belonging to General/ OBC have to pay Rs. 500/- & Rs. 300/- (for SC/ST candidates) (for Counselor & Junior Clerk Posts) And for the post of Peon General/OBC have to pay Rs. 300/- & Rs. 200/- for SC/ST Candidates through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Development Officer, payable at Delhi.
Selection Process : - Selection process will be based on Written Examination.
