On Monday, the 25th day of March, 2013, the High Court of Manipur at Imphal was formally inaugurated by Hon’ble Shri Justice Altamas Kabir;

On re-organization of the North-Eastern region by the North Eastern Area (Re-organization) Act, 1971, a common High Court was established for the five North-Eastern States namely; Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Meghalaya and Tripura and the two Union Territories

Qualification : - Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized university/ institute along with Diploma in stenography in English with a minimum speed of 100 word per minute in short hand & typing speed of 40 word per minute on computer.

Age relaxation is as per Manipur Govt. norms.

Rs. 300/- for General & OBC category candidates.

Selection Process : - Selection process will be based on Computer Typing Test, Stenography Test & Viva Voce.
