Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is a Central University established at National Level in 1998 by an act of Parliament to promote and develop the Urdu language and to impart vocational and technical Education in Urdu medium through conventional and distance modes. The Headquarters of the University is at an outstanding central location-Gachibowli, Hyderabad, sprawled over 200 acres. The students and staff of the University are drawn from throughout India. They are attracted by its commitment to excellence in quality Urdu education in all disciplines of knowledge.

Qualification : - For Other Academic Post : A Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven points scale and consistently good academic record.

For Non-Teaching Posts : A Master’s Degree in any subject. Eminent Teachers/ Persons having experience of Print/ Electronic Media or Journalism/ Theatre, Art and Culture with a total of 10 years of regular service including administrative experience.

Age Limit : - Not above 50 Years. As on 25.07.2015.
Age relaxation is as per Govt.  norms.

Job Location : - Hyderabad (Telangana)

Application Fee : - For the Post S. No. 1 to 6(as in Notification) : Rs.500/- For General & OBC candidates.
For other posts  S.No.7 to 15 (as in Notification)  : Rs.300/- For General & OBC candidates.
Application Fee can be paid through crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad on any Nationalized Bank Payable at Hyderabad.
SC/ ST/ PWD and Women candidates need not to pay the registration fee.
Selection Process : - Selection process will be based on written test/ skill test or seminar/ colloquium & interview.
