Qualification : - For Customer Agent : Graduation in any discipline/ faculty (minimum 3 years’ duration) from a recognized University with knowledge of basic computer operations.

For Junior Customer Agent  : Passed HSC/ XIIth Std. or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/ University with knowledge of basic computer operations.

Age Limit : - Not above 29 Years (born between 02.07.1987 and 01.07.1998). As on 01.07.2016.
Age relaxation is as per Govt.norms.
