The Delhi Cantonment houses the Indian Army Headquarters, Delhi Area; the Army Golf Course; the Defence Services Officers Institute; military housing; Army and Air Force Public Schools; and various other defence-related installations.

Qualification : - For GDMO : MBBS qualification included in the first or second schedule or part second of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian medical council act 1956 holders of educational qualification. 

For Junior Engineer : Diploma in Civil Engineer from a recognized  institute or equivalent.
