The Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences (ILBS) has been established by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi as an autonomous institute, under the Societies act. The second phase of ILBS, likely to be operational by early 2012, will add a dedicated multi-storie research complex, auditorium, guest-house, hepato-biliary oncology unit, additional beds and residential accommodation.

Qualification : - For Resident Medical Officer : A Medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical council Act of 1956.

For Junior Residents : MBBS from recognized university should have completed internship certificate, registered with Delhi Medical Council with minimum 1 year experience post qualification in Medicine /Surgery /Pediatrics.

Age Limit : - For Resident Medical Officer : 35 Years  and
For Junior Residents : 40 Years. As on 31.03.2017.
Age relaxation is as per Govt. norms.
