For SC/BC/OBC/ESM Candidates of the State of Punjab are to pay Rs. 250/-
For PHC General Candidates of Punjab are to pay Rs. 500/-
For PHC SC/BC/OBC/ESM Candidates of Punjab are to pay Rs. 125/-
