Assam can boast of possessing a host of endangered and rare mammals, avian and amphibian species. These include pigmy hog, hispid hare, white winged wood duck, and great Indian hornbills among many others.

Qualification : - Passed HSLC/12th or Class X/10th from a recognised Board or its equivalent.

Age Limit : - 18 to 25 Years. As on 01.01. 2017 (that is, the candidate must be born on or before 01.01.1999 and after 01.01.1992).
Age relaxation is as per Assam Govt. norms.
Job Profile : - Constable posts under Assam Forest Protection Force (AFPF)
Job Location : - Throughout Assam State.

Application Fee : - For General Candidates are to pay Rs.250/
For SC/ST/OBC/MOBC Candidates are to pay Rs.150/- and
NIL for BPL candidates (BPL Card holders only, Ration Cards not acceptable).
The fee is to be paid online during the form submission.
Selection Process : - Selection process will be based on Physical Standard Test (PST) or Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Written Test.
