Qualification : - Sales Officer : Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline form a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central government and 3 years of experience in Sales (Banking or other financial products sales experience is preferred). Candidates must possess a flair for Sales and Marketing.

Relationship Officer : Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central government and 2 years of experience Banking, NBFC, Hospitality or any other Financial Streams.

Credit Officer : Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University AND Possess one year experience in credit appraisal

Sales Officer (Trainee) : Post Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University without any backlogs or Graduates with one year Sales Experience.
