The Central Industrial Security Force is a Central Armed Police Force in India. It was set up under an Act of the Parliament of India on 10 March 1969 with a strength of 2,800. CISF was subsequently made an armed force of the Union of India by another Act of Parliament passed on 15 June 1983.

Qualification : For Assistant Sub Inspector/Executive : Bachelor Degree from a recognized University

For Head Constable/General Duty : 10+2 or equivalent from recognized institutions/Board.

Age Limit : For Assistant Sub Inspector/Executive : 20 to 25 Years
Head Constable/General Duty : 18 to 23 Years. As on 25.01.2018
Relaxable up to 05 years for SC/ST and upto 03 years for OBC candidates.
Job Profile : Assistant Sub Inspector(ASI)/Executive and Head Constable/General Duty Posts
Job Location : All over in India

Application Fee : ForGeneral (UR)/OBC Category Candidates are to pay Rs.100/- in the form of Postal Order drawn in favour of the concerned officer and payable at the post office. For SC/ST and Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from application fee.
Selection Process : Selection process will be based on Trial Test, Proficiency Test and Medical Examination.
