Through it was granted statutory status of Haryana Staff Selection Commission vide Haryana Govt. Gazette Notification dated 28.02.2005.

Qualification : For Laboratory Attendant : Matric with Physics, chemistry, Biology or General Science. AND Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or Higher
education.

Age Limit : Laboratory Attendant : 17 to 42 Years.
Age relaxation is as per HR Govt. norms.

Application Fee : For General Category Candidates (Male/Female) : Rs. 150/- (For Post Cat. No. 1 to 2) & Rs.100/- (For Cat. No.3 to 5)
For Female Candidates of Haryana Only : Rs. 75/- (For Post Cat. No. 1 to 2) & Rs.50/- (For Cat. No.3 to 5)
For SC/ BC/ EBPG Candidates of Haryana : Rs. 35/- For Male and Rs. 18/ For Female (For Post Cat. No. 1 to 2) & Rs.25/- For Male & Rs. 13/- For Female (For Cat. No.3 to 5).
There is no Application Fee for Physically Handicapped/Ex-Serviceman of Haryana.

Application Fee can be paid through Net banking or e-Challan in any branch of State Bank of India, State Bank of Patiala, Punjab National Bank and IDBI Bank.
Selection Process : Selection process will be based on Written Examination, Socio-Economic criteria and experience.
