(Securely enclosed in an envelope) with self signature on backside and self addressed reply envelop affixed with postage stamp of Rs.5/- And send by Ordinary Post or directly submitted by hand at the Police Headquarters, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Tirap, Changlang, Longding, Arunachal Pradesh on or before 31.05.2018 till 05:00 PM.
